I want a tattoo on each of my hips and I want them to be opposite. I like the idea of sugar and spice but i dont know what to get. I was thInking maybe a girly skull. One can be evil and the other an angel. any other ideas.. i want it to be somewhat girly.

Tattoo convention & show?

ok so my artist has asked me to be a submission at a convention coming up. I’m happy to do it because he’s a phenomenal artist and it’s a great tattoo. My questions are:

1. What do I do at judging? I mean is it like a pageant where everyone parades around on stage or like a dog show where they stick their faces right up on ya or perhaps neither?

2. What do I do before and after the show? Do I just enjoy the convention or is there more to it?

3. I’m just being judged on the ink right? What I wear won’t affect the artists chances will it?

4. The tattoo being entered is a sleeve so I probably need to wear a wife-beater but I have an armband on my other arm that I would like to not show off so much ya know? I mean I am not ashamed of it or anything but one is a beautiful larger than life insanely well done tattoo where the other one is an armband..

Sorry if they seem like stupid questions, I’ve never done a convention and I don’t get out much.

Would prefer answers from serious tattoo enthusiasts & artists and people who have done this before
