Great Cross Tattoos Reviews

My husband has several & likes tattoos – so I threw this book in as part of a gift from me for Father’s Day. Several of the pics & commentary are totally hysterical…but then any religious pages/tattoos went WA-A-Y over the line past offensive. The book would have been much funnier without including those. Some reading this review will think this is a religious-harpy reviewing, but I’m not. Those pages are THAT bad. So just be warned. Other reviews talk about leaving it out during a party – several friends might laugh, but some friends will wonder WTF is wrong with you.
Help answer the question about Cross Tattoos
Is it sacraligious for people to wear crosses for fashion such as cross pendants and cross tattoos?
My wife says that even though she's no longer a christian she finds that it's wrong for rappers to wear crosses when they don't fallow bible principals, I guess it's like a misrepresentation or something. Cross Tattoos But I was like "baby, rappers wear crosses and relate themselves as the theif who was on the cross next to Jesus" and then my wife had this to say "that person WAS a theif but he wasn't anymore right before he died because he repented and no longer condoned that life style, rappers are wearing crosses while they sin and do it intentionally, that is what's wrong with it and it offends me"I'm a hardcore rapper, and I want a cross pendant too but I consider my wife's feelings about it. So I don't know... How do y'all feel about people who wear crosses for fashion, jewelery and/or tattoos?

Funny Book. It is what it is, a book filled with pictures of ridiculous tattoos. Not very long and the written commentary is pretty good. most of the pictures if not all are self explanatory. One of the best ones are the people who are missing limbs or have stumps that get some very creative tattoos. David Cross gives a fantastic intro to this book as well. people are retarded!
every time i look at this book i laugh… it’s SO FREAKIN HILARIOUS. the title describes the book perfectly–i mean… those tattoos are SO bad that it’s SO good.
my favorite was the tattoo of the dinosaur wearing a fanny pack. HAHAHAHAAH

This gem starts with a fine intro and excellent commentary on some of the world’s finest most far out tattoos. Some might even tempt you and several will make your stomach turn. Warning to all you hipsters with offspring: Not appropriate for kids so keep it off of the coffee table and locked in the smoking room. Veg-O-Lante signing off.
No Regrets: The Best, Worst, & Most #$%*ing Ridiculous Tattoos Ever by Aviva Yael, P. M. Chen
No Regrets by Aviva Yael and P.M. Chen is an album of sorts, showcasing the best, worst, and most ridiculous tattoo’s ever hence the title. Aviva and P.M. say they had traveled the world looking for tattoo’s that they could put into a book after discussing the idea one night. I’m not sure if they actually traveled the world because the picture quality is not consistent, either they didn’t use the same digital camera more than twice, used disposable cameras, or maybe used a camera phone. I’m not going to say “I know for a fact,” because really, I wasn’t there and can’t judge that.
Now, the captions beneath the tattoo’s for the most part were hilarious. More than once I laughed out loud, I have a strange sense of humor, but my husband didn’t seem so amused after I showed him the picture and caption that tickled my funny bone. No Regrets, is a book that will only appeal to those that are tattooed and may even have a bad tattoo themselves. Yep, I’m one of those people that has a bad tattoo, not filthy or anything like that, just something I had gotten as a kid that I now totally regret. Do I think that I would pull this book off the shelf again to look at? No, I highly doubt it. Would I give this to a tattooed friend? Only if they have a weird sense of humor, besides that then, no I wouldn’t.
No Regrets, is hard to give praise to the authors because there is only a foreword, and just a little basic description about how the book came to be. The rest is made up of pictures and snarky comments, not really a whole lot of work in that, especially if they really didn’t take all of the pictures themselves. I give this book a 3 out of 5.
